There was no traffic noise at all, and the hosts were very nice and did their best to accommodate us. It's in a great spot, just a short walk through the park and over the river bridge to the town centre. A very pleasant bed and breakfast.

The place was friendly, clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed, including Netflix, which we really appreciated. We had a great breakfast and a nice chat with Sue and John. Thanks, Sue, for an excellent breakfast. We'll definitely recommend the place to family and friends, and hopefully we'll make it back to NZ. Thank you both.

We had a warm room, comfy bed and private access, all in a lovely garden setting. It's an easy walk to town, and the hosts were lovely and friendly. Sue cooked us a fabulous breakfast worthy of a cafe. We'd thoroughly recommend it for an overnight stop.

The hosts were charming, and we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was adequate, though I would have liked a choice.
