The shower was excellent, but the bed was uncomfortable, and the rooms felt very dated. There was no one at reception and no information in our room about breakfast service. SKY was advertised outside, but we couldn’t get it. A poster said it might work with a new TV, which we obviously didn’t have. We’ve stayed in much better places for the same price.

There were kids running around noisily at all hours of the night, and police even came by twice in one day. Hard to see how this is rated a four-star hotel as advertised. It felt more like emergency accommodation.

We had a great two-night stay. The modern room was clean, well priced, and had everything included. The owner and staff were friendly and efficient, and the photos on the website are very accurate. There’s a lovely big spa and swimming pool too. We didn’t bring our children this time, but we definitely will next time. Give this place a go!

Hair on the floor from previous guests, pubic hair in the shower, a mouldy bath mat, no soap, and dusty, old-smelling rooms. The tea and coffee were old and had spilled all over the dispenser. The sheets didn’t fit the bed, and we weren’t keen to sleep in it anyway. Shampoo and conditioner had been sitting in their packets for months, stained by water and already opened. I raised my concerns with the manager, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. I’ll never stay here again. This place should be shut down.

I wasn’t happy with how clean it was. There were stains all over the carpet and couches, the bathroom sink was blocked, and one of the girls had stains on her sheets and valance. The Wi-Fi password didn’t work either. Overpriced for what we got. Sorry for the bad review 😑
