Tracee made us feel welcome straight away, and the place was spotless and comfortable. We only had one day there, which was a shame because we would have happily stayed longer. A lovely stay.

The bathroom was so spacious it felt bigger than my room at home, and the room itself was lovely too. Everything was well furnished, with a really comfortable bed. What a great find. I’d definitely come back and recommend it.

We slept really well in our private room, which had a lovely New Zealand feel to it. The location worked well, and Tracee was such a warm, friendly host. Glad we found the place, we’ll be back.

The porch evening with Bryan was a real highlight. He invited us to sit with him, and we got to enjoy the lovely evening and incredible views of the stars. Tracee was superb too, going above and beyond to help us out. The accommodations were spotless and had everything we needed, plus more. I’d give Top of the Town B&B a 5+++ rating. If I’m lucky enough to pass through Picton again, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We felt completely at ease about our parents staying here for the first night of their solo New Zealand trip, even though they speak very little English. Tracee kept in constant touch with us and looked after them so well. Top of Town is central yet quiet, and everything was clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully appointed. The fresh rose from the garden in their room was such a lovely little touch. Thank you so much!
