My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. We spent the night at Portside for a function, and the location was stunning, with the town just a short walk away. The service was friendly and attentive, with genuine hospitality. Our modern one-bedroom twin apartment was spacious and well equipped, thoughtfully laid out with personal touches and guest comfort in mind. The outdoor swimming pool area on the port side is lovely, with scenic views, and a walkway outside leads to the beach. There’s a complimentary coffee station and water cooler in the lobby. Portside Hotel has it all, an absolute gem. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an unbelievable weekend stay for three nights. The room was spotless, a 10/10 for cleanliness, and the bed was comfy. Reception and cleaning staff we met were superb. Restaurants and the other spots are only a short drive away. Thanks for having us, we’ll definitely be back.

We left unhappy with the service. The fridge freezer was iced up so badly that the fridge door wouldn’t shut. They moved us to another room, but it smelled of the toilet. The next room had the same toilet smell, and its cooktop didn’t work. When we left, we told the receptionist, who said the manager would contact us. I also emailed, but still haven’t had a response.
