For the price, this is a great little motel. It’s on the edge of town but close to a supermarket if you need one. Room 7 had a comfortable bed and nice linen, with just enough space for two and our luggage. The kitchenette had a kettle, toaster and microwave, but no hob or oven. The stairs to the upper level were right outside our door, though they weren’t noisy. The room was clean.

We really enjoyed our two nights here. Everything felt comfortable and cozy, and the inside was just as clean as the outside. I was surprised by the little extras, including dishes, cutlery and a portable fan. Thanks for all you do, all the way from North Carolina, USA!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! The owners were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in their business. I felt well looked after during my stay. I spent almost eight weeks at Bella Vista recently and felt right at home, thanks to the wonderful group of ladies who kept my comfortable, clean room in good order. Jenny and Graham were great hosts and made sure nothing was too much trouble. The location was great too. I have no hesitation recommending Bella Vista Greymouth for either short or long stays.

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were friendly and accommodating with us and our children, and the clean rooms had everything we needed. The BBQ area was great for having dinner as a group.
