Nick was attentive and really helpful, and the room was extremely clean when we arrived. We stayed three nights with two adults, four kids, and our dog. The family room had loads of space, with two bedrooms plus two single beds in the big lounge. There was a full kitchen with what we needed to cook, a dining table, a lounge suite, and Sky TV, better than home! We borrowed board games from the office, and the towels and flannels were fluffy. The mattress felt a little hard to me, though some people like a firm bed, and I’d take that over one that’s too soft. It’s a quiet spot, and we didn’t hear the adjoining unit. There’s no ocean view, but the beach is a quick walk away and I could hear the waves at night. It’s a great base for exploring the coast, especially for a big family like ours. We’ll be back. Parking was set aside for us, and check-in and checkout were easy and fuss-free. The Greymouth Motel was clean and well looked after, just as advertised. It’s right on the main road and close to the town centre, so everything was easy to get to. A comfortable, convenient place in Greymouth. Highly recommended!

Pet friendly, too! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 The shower was 110%, the best I’ve had so far. All I need is a good shower, a bed, a fridge, and a kitchen sink, and they had all that and more 👌

It’s easy to get to local eateries and things to do from here. The room was cozy and warm, even if a bit dated. Facilities were great, especially the free car cleaning equipment, kids’ pack, and laundry that was quite cheap. I’d highly recommend this motel!

The staff were very helpful, and the place was clean and tidy. It’s an older motel, but in good order. There was some traffic noise, though it wasn’t too bad.
