We had the two-bedroom apartment for four nights. The staff at the office were so friendly and helpful, and room service came early each day, promptly. The apartment was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you'd expect. The spa bath was great too.

We found the hosts warm and friendly, and the hotel was wheelchair accessible, which made getting around easier. Check-in and check-out were simple, and our clean, spacious room had a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. Bella Vista Hamilton was conveniently located and easy to find. It matched what we've experienced at other Bella Vista hotels: consistent, reliable, and well presented. A solid option for a short or longer stay in Hamilton.

The food was nice, though a little bland. Service was quick and efficient, and the lady serving us was really friendly.

8/10
The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was nicely presented. The EV charger app took my money but gave me no electricity. I had to head out quite late and spend half an hour at another charger, which made a mess of the evening. I guess they're relying on a third party that hasn't got things properly sorted.

The location was very noisy, and there was no air conditioning. Cobwebs filled every corner, the fridge was completely iced up, and the large bed rocked side to side with the slightest movement from my partner. It was very uncomfortable. The desk fan was covered in dust, so I had to take it outside and brush it off before using it. There were only roller blinds, with lots of light coming in around the edges. The sink had no plug, making it hard to wash dishes, and there were only two of everything, so I couldn't even make tea or coffee for a visitor. Very disappointing place to stay.
