The motel is only a 700m walk from the A&E entrance at Waikato Hospital, and the owners went out of their way to help us with washing, drying, supplies, and our questions. My Mum and I needed somewhere at very short notice on a weekend, close to the hospital, and BK’s fitted us in. We planned to stay two nights, but it became three weeks. We could extend every three or four days and keep the same room, which took a huge weight off our minds. Room service was fantastic, and the staff were happy and pleasant. The owners are hardworking and always available. The owner said, “you stay with us to look after your family, we are here to look after you,” and that's exactly how they treated us. We'd highly recommend staying here for a stress-free experience.

We appreciated the air conditioning in summer, and the rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It's four minutes from a great Woolworths supermarket, fairly close to the airport and expressway, and very near the Alison surgical centre we were visiting. A great spot with everything you need. Thanks for hosting us for two nights.

The owners were very accommodating while we figured out how long we'd need to stay. We booked at short notice for four nights because a family member was in hospital. The unit was very comfortable, with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a lounge.

Ricky was great when we arrived late at night, helping us check in and even carrying some luggage. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. We'll definitely come back.

We only stayed one night on vacation with my partner, but it would've been nice to stay longer. It was a great price for a good hotel, and everything was clean and pleasant. They even gave us complimentary milk and cookies. I'd heard the area was a bit dubious, no offense, but the hotel itself felt nice and secure.
