Boundary Court Motor Inn

The owners were so kind to me, and I appreciated it a lot. I spent two nights at Boundary court motor Inn and was welcomed warmly even though I arrived a bit late, around 9pm. The studio was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed to make coffee and tea or reheat food in the microwave. Parking was free, and the location was great. If you like walking, you can get to the city center on foot. I had a very nice stay.

We were travelling with our two daughters, and the layout worked really well: a separate bedroom, a separate lounge, and a sunny kitchen-dining area. The owner was lovely and accommodating. It had recently been refurbished, so everything looked clean, new, and lovely. One of the best-value motels we've stayed in.

Norah was our duty manager, and her genuine care and lovely personality made the stay an easy five stars. Good service and kindness matter most to me, and the hosts really have that down. The rooms were clean and tidy, with parking right outside the door. Our room had a double and single bed, just right for my son and me. Clean sheets and a working heat pump kept it cozy, and the clean bathroom had a great-pressure shower with warm water. The separate kitchen and dining area made breakfast and general motel living easy. For the price and the location we needed, it was better than expected, with supermarkets and other food options nearby. When I called to book, they matched the best deal listed on a booking service, which showed how customer-focused they are. We don't often visit Hamilton, but I'd happily stay here again. They noticed the little things without being asked. Someone cheerfully brought us a side table for tea outside, and a person at reception spotted my glasses and kindly handed me a cleaning cloth. That kind of personal touch is fantastic. I travel and stay in hotels around the world practically all the time, and this place is top-tier. The staff are genuinely warm and eager to help, which says a lot about how great service comes down to small details. If that matters to you, you should stay here.
