Good communication, a secure lock and off-street parking made the stay feel safe. The location was great, and it was comfortable, with well-planned amenities. There's also a large outdoor area with seating and a BBQ.

Handy for the city centre, with all the necessary amenities, and fine for a few days. I wouldn't choose to stay longer because the roads nearby are very noisy. The kitchen could use a makeover, and the huge lounge mirror feels out of place.

My car was vandalized outside The Snug, and the offered off-street parking seemed just as dodgy, so it felt high risk. The attached flats are rough, and now I've got a panel beating and paint bill. We were also expected to sort out the rubbish left by the previous guests during our five-day stay. I wouldn't stay here again.

A lovely, well-decorated apartment in a handy location. Perfect for our family of four 😀
