We booked on Agoda at 9pm and got a confirmation, but by the time we arrived at 11pm the office was shut and there was no way to check in. The phone number posted on the door went unanswered. We called and texted again and again, standing outside in the cold and dark, until we gave up. When we asked Agoda for a refund, the park said there'd been no check-in problem and claimed we could check in just fine. Really terrible people.

The location was fab, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were nicely spacious, though the TV felt small for the room. There were some mosquitoes, and the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner seemed cheap and didn't smell good.

The rooms were spotless, although they had a slight smell. Handy location and nice staff.

Being able to walk into the town centre and out to Glow Worm Dell was really handy. We picked this motel because it was close to the centre where we wanted to be. For our trip it was basically a bed and shower. Nothing was wrong with it, but there wasn't anything special either.

The bathroom's huge jacuzzi tub was lovely, and the room had plenty of space. There's a small kitchen with a stove and appliances, though no oven. A cosy stop on our drive up the west coast, and I'd recommend it to people travelling through.
