The place has a special, welcoming, homely feel, with lots of lovely finishing touches. Gloria was very accommodating when we arrived at short notice, and we're so glad we ended up at the Lyttel Inn. Excellent facilities, parking, access to town and a view. Highly recommend.

A little paradise we were so glad to find while travelling in NZ! Gloria is such a nice host, and the place is really clean, with lovely furniture and everything you need or expect. It's perfectly placed in town. We highly recommend staying there and enjoying life in this really cool area. Hope to come back soon :)

Gloria was a lovely host, and the cottage had comfortable rooms with nice individual touches. It's just a stroll from the centre of Lyttleton. A lovely, comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

We left less than 2 hours after checking in. The experience was very unpleasant, and it didn't feel worth the price. It might suit some backpackers, but I felt severely misled by the previous reviews.

Lyttel Inn is relaxing, and you can walk to all the attractions in a short time. I've had the pleasure of staying there a couple of occasion's and totally recommend it.
