At $70 per person each night, this place was very poor value. The shower needed cleaning, there were no sundries, and the key arrangements were a shambles. Nobody was there at the times they said they would be. The less I say about Forbes road budget accommodation, the better. I wouldn't recommend it. One to avoid.

The property was lovely, with a private feel, and it was affordable and clean. The people were friendly, and Joy Amstad, the property manager, was lovely.
