Bill was so friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. The chalet was cosy and well equipped, with a sunny patio for relaxing after being outdoors. Town and the hot pools were within walking distance. Fresh towels came every day, and having a washing machine and drier was a real bonus. The bunk bed mattresses felt a bit old and could probably do with replacing. Scotty the cat also came by to say hi every day, which was a highlight.

Finding reception in the dark was tricky, so a map or clear written directions would help future visitors. The chalets were very clean, spacious, and nicely laid out, with enough equipment and room for a large family or two small ones. There were two bathrooms, it was warm, and the furniture had some interesting touches. Many thanks!

The chalets were lovely, with plenty of heat and hot water, and the staff were friendly. Such a wonderful location. I'd definitely choose to stay here again!

A good place to take a break and switch off, since there's no wifi or Sky TV. There were lots of beds, a cute fire with wood ready to go, and several dinner spots within walking distance. Really nice place to stay.

My granddaughter and I spent a night in one of the chalets and had everything we needed. It was fabulous. We'd totally recommend it, and we'll definitely stay again 🙂🙂
