We spent some time relaxing in the beautiful yard and garden. The motel room was clean and freshly set up, and the host checked on us twice to see how we were doing. They also gave us a map of the area and fresh milk for our coffee. Excellent hospitality!

Wonderful service, and the location suited us well. For the price, it was really awesome: our room was spacious, with basic but good facilities. We had our toddler with us, and both the room and outdoor area worked really well for him.

The owners were so nice and helpful, and our room was spacious, nicely laid out, and had everything we needed. We could hear muffled sounds from next door, though it wasn’t too bad. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovingly kept lawn and flowers in all colours. The award-winning gardens and lawns live up to their mention. We spent ages admiring how the flower beds were arranged.

The fridge was filthy inside, so we had to wipe it out before putting our food in. The shower pressure was ridiculous, and the door wouldn’t close properly, so the little water that came out ended up on the floor. There was no bathroom plug except for shavers. The room was very standard and way overpriced for its dated decor and appliances. I won’t recommend it or stay again.

The beds were warm and really comfy. It was so quiet at night that I could hear my own heartbeat, and I haven’t slept at a motel without earplugs in a long time. The service was very friendly. It’s no Four Seasons, but probably one of the best places to stay in town. Great place!
