It’s close to the town centre, in a quiet and very private neighborhood. The place is modern, new, well-equipped and maintained, and immaculately clean. I’ve stayed in highly rated motels where the carpet was still really dirty, and with our one-year-old crawling around, cleanliness matters. My child could roam here without worry. I couldn’t find a fault, though I hope the owners make a no-shoes-in-the-house rule so it stays this clean.

Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and shared useful tips and information about things to do nearby. Motueka’s shopping area is only a short walk away, with easy access to town. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and would choose it again if we returned to the area.

The owner was friendly, and the facilities were very good. In my opinion, the apartment is above average.
