The gardens make this small cottage feel especially lovely. It was cosy and welcoming, and Kitty baked an incredible spread of fresh bread and pastries for breakfast each morning.

We made ourselves at home in the little self-contained cottage, which had all we needed and a small veranda that was lovely for sitting in the afternoon sun. I only wish our two nights at Bluff Hill had been longer. Kitty was thoughtful and gave us tips for short tours around Napier. And the pastries and homemade sourdough she baked for breakfast were wonderful. Thanks so much!

The hosts really went out of their way to make our visit a good one. We had a beautiful cottage in a quiet, picturesque spot with a great location, and the breakfast, especially the homemade bread, was fabulous. Highly recommend this BnB.

From the hilltop house you look out over Napier and the ocean, and the accommodation is lovely, with touches of the town's art deco style throughout. Kitty was a terrific host and baker: she made sourdough, cinnamon rolls, brioche and crescents. She also had plenty of useful ideas for what to do in Napier.
