The hosts were great and helpful, and we could walk into New Plymouth. We had a good sized room with a king bed and parking right outside. We also got complementary access to NP club and ate dinner there twice. They catered for GF.

The service was nice, and the place is run by two older people. I had trouble parking after going to see the TSB light show, as there were no spaces when I got back. I ended up leaving my car in the disabled space overnight. My room listing said there was air conditioning, but it wasn’t working. The shower head was a little low, probably because I’m tall.

Really good value for money. I had a great experience, with friendly, helpful staff and very clean rooms. There was all the comfort I needed.

It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants, just one block away. The road is busy and there was some traffic noise in the morning. I stayed four nights and couldn’t fault the service or the condition of the room. It was serviced every day and kept extremely clean, and the staff were lovely. I’ll stay again.

The colorful pots of flowers were such a lovely touch 💐. The rooms were so clean, the staff were friendly, and those were the best pillows I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.
