Fitzroy Beach is only a short walk away, and the off-street parking was handy, though the spaces are small. The value doesn’t quite match the cost, unfortunately. Better bed linen, a more comfortable couch, a small dishwasher, and some breakfast supplies or a welcome pack would help. Guests shouldn’t be expected to strip the beds either. I’d only stay again for the location.

There’s no oven, but you do get a stovetop and microwave, and the facilities are good. It’s close to the beach, with plenty of nearby options for a quick bite.
