Monica was amazing. Even though it was a public holiday, she took the time to sort out our questions and was always responsive. Huge thumbs up to her. We stayed at quest during 25-27 dec and were honestly blown away by the service. The hotel was clean and nicely presented, parking was good, and it’s very close to the city, so getting around was easy. It made for a really memorable stay, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the place itself was tidy and well kept. The service desk closed early for the public holiday, unfortunately, and we arrived after that with no way to get into our room, especially stressful after a long day of driving. A quick phone call would’ve made arrival much less stressful. They sorted it out reasonably quickly in the end.

We had a good three-night stay. The rooms are great, and the location is convenient. It’s clean, quiet, nicely presented, and the staff are friendly. Free access to City Fitness was a great perk, it’s an awesome gym.

The hotel has been refurbished recently, with tasteful decor, and the rooms are immaculately clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. It’s also well placed for getting around on foot, with the beach, the Main Street, and Pukekura Park all an easy walk away.

We had a really good two-night stay at this nice establishment. The staff were polite and friendly, and made a real effort to help. The location right in the cbd is excellent. Five stars.
