Danny and Sue were so kind and made us feel at home at Changing Tides Bed & Breakfast. The house is newly built and tastefully decorated, with sea views and a beautiful, well-kept garden at the back. Our room felt worthy of a five-star hotel, with its own terrace and access to the garden. We loved everything about our stay, and it's an ideal place for a few relaxing days or a holiday in Paihia.

Sue and Danny made us feel very welcome and gladly helped us plan our trip and choose places to visit. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable night at Changing Tides BnB. It's a pleasant 30 min walk along the beach into central Paihia and to the ferry for Russell. We had a lovely overnight stay, would recommend it, and would come back.

Sue and Danny were great hosts, and we'd happily stay again. We spent two nights at Changing Tides in late October. The location worked well, and our room was fresh, clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view towards the bay.

The continental breakfast was included and nicely presented, and we never felt rushed. The sea view and lovely outdoor space give this magnificent property a real at-home feel. I wished we could stay longer 😍. There's easy access and covered parking that was warm and comfortable for the car. It's about a 30 min walk from the city centre. I'd absolutely recommend it to family and friends, especially those in Australia.

We had a wonderful five-night stay. Sue & Danny really look after their guests and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The accommodation was immaculate, and I'd highly recommend it.
