We love having the pool, spa, and shared outdoor dining area with a BBQ, and the beds are super comfortable. This was our second stay at Averill Court with our two young kids. It’s a nice spot, about a five minute walk to a lovely beach and well placed for eateries. The rooms are clean and have the basics for making breakfast and simple meals. Winnie, the owner, is lovely and easy to find when we needed anything. A few things need maintenance, like the broken window latch and the microwave display that wasn’t working. But when I mentioned our broken coffee plunger, Winnie replaced it quickly with a brand new one. Great value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come again.

The visiting cat Michael was extremely friendly and lovable. We had an amazing stay, with a clean, spacious, comfortable place and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing trip. Winnie was a really friendly, responsive host. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely stay again!

Just three mins walnut from the wharf area and restaurants. It felt like an excellent home away from home, with clean rooms, especially the washroom. There were all the utensils, plus nice AC and a TV with chromecast that can play your Netflix if you want. You can use the kitchen, with a few restrictions against cooking strong smelling foods like fish. I’d recommend it any day.

Having the pool and spa made it a relaxing stay, and the place is really close to the town centre. The staff were lovely, helpful, accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a lovely time and will definitely stay there again.

The room was tidy, clean, and had what we needed, with great, comfy beds. Staff were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. The pool, spa, and BBQ area were a bonus, especially for families. It’s also within walking distance of the main town. A lovely, comfortable place to stay.
