This was our second time at Rayya Suites Paihia, and it exceeded our expectations again. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s quiet and peaceful, while still close to the beach, restaurants, and all Paihia has to offer. The welcoming hosts were responsive and made check-in and the rest of our stay smooth. You can see they take pride in looking after the property and their guests. We’ve visited Paihia a few times, and this has become one of our regular choices. We’ll be back and would happily recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, reliable stay in the Bay of Islands.

The location was convenient for shops and nearby attractions, and despite that, it was peaceful and quiet at night, great for resting after a long day. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, among the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The room, bathroom, and shared areas were spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed, and a tidy setup. From arrival, everything was organised smoothly, including an easy check-in. The friendly, responsive host had everything ready. For the cleanliness, comfort, and quality, I thought the price was great value. I’d definitely come back.

Everything we needed was provided, and the rooms had a luxurious, high-quality feel for a reasonable price. Staff were around and ready to help. Several restaurants are an easy walk away, with the town close by. I’d definitely recommend it.

If you’re visiting the Bay of Islands and want a reliable, tidy, comfortable place without resort prices, I’d recommend it. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re up north.
