The three breakfast options were great value, with good quality food and amazing service from the host. The motel itself was exceptional too, with lots of space, comfortable rooms, and good furnishings. My work trip felt relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely stay here again 🤗

The owners and host were so warm and hospitable, and really went out of their way to accommodate our large group for three days. The rooms were spacious, the service was great, and the location was good too. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Queenstown a few weeks earlier, and Chancellor Motor Lodge was 500% better. Shirleen, I’ll stay here again if we come to Palmy.

There’s just one thing I’d change: the shower head doesn’t really suit taller people, although the water pressure was great. Everything else was lovely, from the warm welcome and tidy, spacious room to the fabulous spa bath that comfortably fit two adults. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at Chancellor twice for work conferences, and was pleased both times. The beds were comfortable in both rooms, and each had a TV, couch, and corner spa bath as well as a separate shower. The rooms were nicely furnished and decorated, immaculately clean, and had the usual things like tea, coffee, milk, toiletries, a hairdryer, and a kettle. The only downside was the showers: in both rooms the pressure was low, and it was hard to get the temperature right and keep it there.
