The staff were super friendly and happy to help, and the stay at Big 5 last night surpassed what we expected. We've booked again for the same event in 2027.

Great staff, a really good shower, and beds that were very comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean too. 10 out of 10.

The location made getting around easy, with cafés, petrol stations, the Plaza, Pak n' Save, and the University all just a few hundred metres away. The room was warm, clean, well maintained, and had what we needed for light cooking. Jenny the manageress was friendly and helpful, and my son, our small dog, and I all felt welcome. It's a great motel for comfort, and we'll stay at the Big Five Motel again when we're back in Palmerston.

The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at Big Five Motel. Highly recommend.

The shower pressure and service alone made it worth it. So, so good. Ask for a suite down the back! 👍👍👍👍👍
