We were really impressed by how much care had gone into the upstairs room, and the hosts made us feel very welcome during our one-night stay. It was beautifully decorated, with a lovely sitting area, a comfortable bed, and an excellent location. We only wish we'd booked longer and hope to come back one day.

The room was spacious, sunny, and immaculately clean, with an amazing view and a comfy bed. Sharon & Darren were very friendly and wonderful hosts. We had a great two-night stay at Top Floor B and B and look forward to returning.

The garden and flowers are splendid, and Lilly is so lovely! Sharon and Darren were friendly and helpful hosts. We really enjoyed our pleasant stay at Top floor B and B. The room was extremely clean and beautiful in every detail. Definitely highly recommended!

Breakfast was outstanding every day, and Sharon and Darren were wonderful hosts who made us feel pampered. We had an amazing five-night stay with Top Floor, with a great room and perfect location. Highly recommended if you're heading to Paraparaumu or just need a break from city life, wherever your city is!

We stayed in the garden room, which was very quiet and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Sharon and Darren made us feel so welcome, and the room had everything we could ask for. Breakfast came with an excellent selection. We'd never stayed in a bed and breakfast before, but we'll definitely return to this wonderful place in Paraparaumu beach.
