The room was spacious and clean, and the location was great. We could walk to Kuirau Park, Government Gardens, Sulphur Point and Rotorua Village, with many surrounding lakes and trails a short drive away. Morgen and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maggie. She reassured us that the large tour bus guests wouldn't disturb our stay, and they weren't an issue at all.

The room was spacious and clean, with handy facilities including a spa bath that was fun to use. There’s laundry on site, and free parking for one car. Morgan was pleasant and really helpful. Great spot near the supermarket and attractions, with restaurants an easy walk away. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The beds were soft and so comfortable, and we loved unwinding in the beautiful spa. Everything we needed was close by, too. We booked at the last minute, but the stay worked out perfectly. Check-in and check-out were easy and stress-free, and the host and receptionist made us feel welcome right away. We’ll be back for sure. Highly recommend.

Colonel Boris, the friendly family cat, kept coming over to hang out outside our patio door. The kitchenette was practical, with the pots and pans we needed to make a quick meal, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Morgen welcomed us and gave us a helpful rundown of the room and amenities. We got there half an hour before check-in, but the room was already ready. It was just right for our one-night stay in Rotorua, and we could book a room with four separate beds.

The spa is so relaxing, and the beds are really comfortable, even with my spinal injury. It’s a lovely place to stay, close to shops and entertainment. The staff are friendly, helpful, and informative. I can’t fault it and highly recommend it!
