Tucked away on Peace street, this place was a great find, quiet and away from traffic and the busy areas. Our Room 105 had a fantastic double size shower, and the bathroom felt closer to five star than four. The room and lounge were top notch too. Tristan took great care of us and showed us the heated pool next door at Sport of Kings, though we spent ages relaxing in the privacy of our apartment spa instead. The lounge TV is massive.

Our spacious two bedroom apartment was on the second floor, with a full sized kitchen, good amenities, a large bathroom with laundry, and two toilets. It felt quite new and modern, and the staff were very friendly. The place is on a quiet street and I'd highly recommend it. Be sure to visit the nearby Ciabatta cafe.

We had a lovely three night stay in a beautiful place, with clean, lovely rooms and a hot tub on the decking. Reception staff were kind, and the cats outside wandering around made it feel homely. We went out each day, and housekeeping had made the bed when we got back. They even dried the dishes I'd left by the sink. The rooms were a great size and had information books. Great memories of Rotorua, and we'll be back in 2028. Highly recommend.

As a family of four, we found this the most comfortable motel stay we've had in Rotorua. The two bedroom apartment had loads of space, comfortable beds, a great shower, a coffee machine, and a full kitchen. We could also store our bikes safely in a separate room. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

The apartments are roomy, with comfortable beds and a sitting area, plus a really nice bathroom and excellent shower. The kitchen area was decent, and having a washer and dryer was a real bonus. It's well placed at the south end of Rotorua, away from traffic and with easier access to the many attractions outside town.
