Dale was a kind, welcoming host and made everything easy for us. Our apartment was peaceful but close to the sights and activities, with a beautiful view over Rotorua. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved the two nights we spent there and would definitely come back.

The lake views really live up to the name, and there’s even a small lift for guests who need disability access. Annie and Dale are great hosts, with lots of local knowledge and a mean breakfast and coffee. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The place is away from the city, which is nice if the notorious smell is a concern. Thanks for a great stay!

We’ve visited Rotorua Views B and B for the second time, and Annie and Dale were just as warm and welcoming. They patiently shared their local knowledge and recommended views and activities. Our room was extremely clean again, with a very comfortable bed and sheets and quilts of the same quality as luxury hotels. Breakfast was nicely prepared. We’d recommend this accommodation very highly, and will tell our friends visiting Rotorua about it.

The coffee and breakfast were restaurant quality, and the B&B room was immaculate, with every comfort provided and an extremely comfortable bed. Annie and Dale were brilliant hosts. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation more highly.
