Absolutely amazing service, especially after we'd had a broken window, lost dresses, transmission trouble, and a six-hour tow. When we finally arrived, these folks went the extra mile to make us comfortable. They also let us extend our stay well into the following week so we could arrange vehicle repairs after attending our function. The rooms were spotless, the value for money was impressive, and we heard no noise from other guests. Brilliant customer service. We'll definitely stay again on future visits.

We wouldn’t stay here. We’d booked a sister hotel, then got sent here at the last minute. Maybe it was all right once, but now it’s being used to house homeless people, and they deserve somewhere better too. Shocking experience, and we’re trying to get our money back.

The main reason we picked this place was that pets could stay in the room, and the bedding was clean. One heater worked. That’s about where the good points ended. The TV was broken, most of the lights didn’t work, and two other heaters were out as well. There were lids but no pots, and no spoons or bowls. Some areas were clean enough, but the carpets were filthy and stained. The fridge froze everything and had no control to turn it down. It hadn’t been serviced, either. After check-in, reception was empty, so I couldn’t raise any of this with the managers. Avoid it.

We cut our visit short. The room was warm enough, but its heater was so noisy we had to switch it off so everyone could sleep. We’d also been moved to a different room without being told, because the one we booked wasn’t available. There weren’t enough cups, bowls, or plates for breakfast for the adults and kids, and even after we asked, no tea bags appeared. There was no rubbish bin or dish cloth in the room.

There was plenty of room for our family of six, and the unit had been redecorated beautifully. We stayed over the long weekend and had a great time. It was clean, well serviced, and reasonably priced. My partner and I would happily come back and recommend it.
