We stopped for one night on the way to Auckland and another on the return. The rooms were spacious, with lovely bathrooms and comfortable beds. Christine and David were fantastic hosts, kind and friendly, and nothing felt like too much trouble. We'd stay again without hesitation.

We had a great night here. It's right by the lake and close to shops and restaurants. The view is worth it, so book a lake view room if you can. Christine and David were an amazing couple, and we really appreciated them. Thank you.

We stayed comfortably with two kids. It's very clean, in a great spot with awesome views, and laundry was easy to access. Highly recommend.
