We were in New Zealand for the first time and got some bad weather, so it was a relief to have such a comfortable room. The hotel was very clean. I'm especially curious how they keep the bathroom so spotless, without any water stains. My child loved the playroom, and more books there would make it even better.

The lake view was the real treat at Little Haven. From the comfortable outdoor chairs on the recently built deck, we could watch the world go by, even in a bit of rain. We booked the two-bedroom lake view apartment, which was clean, tidy, and well priced. The staff were friendly, and it was lovely to have the room serviced daily. Table tennis was a delightful surprise. Highly recommend it.

The pool and spa were a highlight, and the kids had a small playground and a games room downstairs. From our upstairs room, we could see the pool and playground, and the sunset over Lake Taupo was breathtaking. We couldn't get over that view. The place was clean and had everything our family of four needed, with two beds. It's only minutes from the town center, the lake, and attractions. Staff were super friendly. After we'd bought water, we found out the tap water was safe to drink and tasted really fresh. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We'd come back for sure. The rooms were clean and felt private for a motel, and there was an outdoor spot out the back. Free laundry was handy, and the parking area was slow and safe for kids to scoot around.

The price was amazing, and the unit was spotless and had everything we needed for three adults and one child. We stayed two nights, and the staff were absolutely great. Thanks to Little Haven, and Merry Christmas.
