Getting into town on foot was easy, and parking was right outside our room. There was a play area for kids too. The family helping run the hotel were really friendly and offered several useful recommendations. The room was comfortable and fairly warm, though the electric blankets weren’t very warm. The room was very clean, which stood out to me. We had to set up the sofa bed for the fourth person. Highly recommend it if you’re staying in Te Anau.

The location made a great base for seeing the lake, Te Anau’s Main Street, Milford Sound and Fiordland National Park. We loved our stay at Aden Motel and would happily return. At reception, the staff welcomed us warmly and gave us helpful food suggestions nearby. We had booked the Superior Queen Twin. It was spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, with everything well maintained. After a day out, it was handy to sign into our own streaming accounts on the smart TV. Laundry facilities were useful mid-trip, and the uncovered parking had no height limit, which worked well with our roof tent.

I came from Korea and had a great stay at Aden Motel. The manager was very kind and shared a few simple, useful local tips that helped us with our trip. The room was tidy, comfortable and extremely clean. Fresh linens, a warm heater and a fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home, and the bathroom was spotless and had everything we needed. You can see how much care goes into Aden Motel. I really recommend it to anyone visiting Te Anau or Fiordland. Thanks...

The manager was lovely and friendly, and our apartment was very clean with everything provided. They also kept our luggage while we were away on the Milford Sound overnight cruise. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The room had plenty of space, including room for a good-sized sofa, and the bed was comfortable. I liked having a coffee machine in the kitchen area, and we could park right outside the door. Some of the furniture looked a bit worn and dated, and the shower was on the small side.
