Richard was around if we needed anything, and the rooms were immaculately clean, with everything we could want, including milk and salt and pepper. The only change I’d make is the location on a fairly busy road, since sitting on the balcony wasn’t as peaceful as I’d have liked. We had a great meal at Jolly Burgers and Beers.

The room was clean and smelled fresh, and we got in quickly even though we arrived late. I did get woken up a couple of times by car doors slamming while other guests were out. Then, on an early start, another guest asked me to replace the towels, thinking I worked there. My workmate found that hilarious.

We’d happily book this apartment again. It was spotless and had all the kitchen gear we needed to make meals, and the beds were comfortable enough that the kids slept really well. The location worked well too: two minutes by car to New World, a Night ’n Day store right across the road, and Timaru about 20 minutes away. Things were topped up while we were out each day, and everything felt just right for our family of four.

The room was a good size for an overnight stay, with a decent amount of kitchenware. My family was a bit too far away for me to walk to, but getting there by car would’ve been no problem.

Mr.Richard, the motel owner, provided the best service. The rooms and bathroom were cleaned each day, and fresh towels were supplied daily. Everything was tidy, with clean sheets and comfortable beds. My daughters loved staying here.
