Jenny was a lovely host and went out of her way to help. The breakfast options were delicious, and the price was very reasonable. My room was gorgeous, with a lovely view of the garden, a beautiful bathroom with a bath, and a separate living and dining area. It felt private. There was no TV, but I watched my laptop while relaxing in the bath, which was bliss. Whenever I’m in Whanganui, this will be my go-to. Thanks, Jenny.

I was so glad Jenny had a vacancy. It’s a stylish, comfortable place, beautifully put together from an artist’s point of view, and the continental breakfast was gorgeous. This is coming from someone who might be one of the fussiest people on the planet. Treat yourself.

Jenny is a warm and generous host, and the garden is lovely. It’s also within walking distance of town. The decor feels thoughtful, with personal touches, and the place is very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. A lovely find, highly recommend.

The Watercolour room was quiet, cosy and comfortable, and it felt like staying in a tasteful home. I had a peaceful night away on my own as a busy mum, a perfect Mother’s Day gift from my family. The food was excellent, and I felt welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend it and will be back.

Jenny was such a lovely host, and the breakfast was delicious, made with fresh herbs from the garden. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, charming place and would absolutely return. Highly recommend this B&B.
