The people running the park were really nice, and I appreciated how quiet it was. Even though it was peak New Year season, there was hardly anyone there, which felt strange. The park is spacious and conveniently right beside the falls, so you can have them to yourself in the morning. It is pretty run down, though. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s 100 GB of internet, and you can take as many hot showers as you like. The bathrooms were kept very clean. At $30 for one person in a tent without a vehicle, it seemed expensive.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even better. There’s a waterfall right next door, too. The place has what you need, including a big kitchen with an oven, microwave and all the other bits and pieces. Toilets and showers were clean and well maintained. I’d recommend staying here 100%.

It’s pretty dated, and the lounge could use new furniture, but the amenities are good and the place is clean. The pool is great for kids, everyone was friendly, and we had no problems except that the spa pool was out of order and they had trouble fixing it over the Christmas period. The owner, Martin, takes really good care of the place and is very on top of things. I’d highly recommend it for cheap family accommodation.

The rooms were tidy and really clean, and they gave us heaters for the winter. It’s a nice, inexpensive place to stay, with good facilities, clean toilets and hot showers. The cabins’ kitchenettes could use a sink, but they do have a microwave, toaster, jug and fridge. I’d go back.

We planned a short visit and ended up staying a few weeks. The cabins were tidy and well equipped, and the grounds were beautifully kept for tents and campervans. The pool, spa, showers and bathrooms were all lovely and clean. There’s a big kitchen for meals and seating around the park for eating outside. Staff were friendly and easy to approach. Great place to stay.
