The staff made my family and me feel very welcome. Our room was spotless, nicely furnished, and clearly well cared for, and we also really liked the hotel's facilities, especially the seating areas.

We paid 25 OMR for the night, so it was a good budget choice. The rooms were clean, Karim was friendly and helpful, and dinner was freshly made and delicious.

Even with the weather freezing cold, the people here were so warm and welcoming. Abu Kareem made us a fresh, home-cooked breakfast, and the hospitality was above and beyond. It was one of my best stays in Oman, with a great location, lovely service, and a clean place. I'd love to come back soon.

The atmosphere at Jabal shams was energizing, and breakfast had a tasty range of choices. The rooms were spacious and nicely renewed, and the service was excellent.

We came in without expecting much, then were surprised by how good the food was. The people were excellent too.
