The staff were polite and helpful, and it was convenient for getting around Sur. I had a pleasant stay in Oman, the hotel was clean, calm, and comfortable. A nice, peaceful place that I’d recommend to families or people on short trips.

Great value for money for a hotel apartment. Faizal at the front desk was really friendly and supportive.

It’s a nice place for families, with spacious rooms that were clean and tidy. The service was good and everyone was friendly. I felt very comfortable, and the price was cheaper than ever.

I found insects in the bed and bathroom, and there was hair in the bed too, which makes me think it hadn’t been washed after the previous guests. The receptionist asked me for money, saying it was because of Ramadan.

The facilities were very dirty, basic, and unusable. I asked for slippers and shampoo for everyone in the room, but they didn’t give them to me. The hotel staff were very disrespectful.
