The views are the highlight, especially at sunrise, and most rooms look out toward the beach. The setting is beautiful, with mountains on one side and a calm beach on the other. The hotel itself felt very ordinary for a 4-star place, with dated interiors and fixtures. Prices for rooms and food felt 4-star, though. I’d still suggest visiting if you find a deal, as long as you don’t expect a 4-star experience and can enjoy the scenery.

Mr Mustafa at Front Desk looked after us personally and managed the trip so well, a big thanks to Him 🙏. The rooms were very clean, and you can watch the sunrise from the balcony. The hotel has a good pool, every room faces the sea, and the beach and mountain setting is lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Amazing place for families or a short weekend trip, I recommend it.

The sea was so clear, and the natural beach felt untouched. We spent the rest of the day there, with the mountains around us adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The waves can be big, so if you’re not a strong swimmer, don’t go too far out. Mustafa and Humaid had arranged our border passes ahead of time, which made crossing smooth, and the hotel welcomed us warmly. Our half-board room was clean with a nice sea view, and the food was delicious. We’re definitely planning to return and would recommend it.

The Oman sea is gorgeous, especially for snorkeling, and the surroundings are full of life. We often saw turtles, though the beach can be covered in plastic washed in by the sea, so you’ll need to clean it. It’s a quiet spot without crowds, and you have to be fine going two days without a mall. Staff are extremely helpful, even though the equipment is very average. The price is well positioned.
