Roshan Resort

You can hear the waves, wind, and gulls at this great seaside location. The hotel is new, so there’s still some work to be done, and the pool wasn’t ready yet. The receptionist and other staff were really helpful, friendly, and sympa.

The sea-facing seating area was a highlight. We were lucky enough to spot dolphins twice just before sunrise! The location is excellent, with some of Mirbat’s shops and restaurants within walking distance. We found the hotel during our motorcycle trip to Salalah and liked our first two days so much that we booked three more nights on the way back to Muscat. Manager Abdullah is incredibly friendly and does everything he can to make guests feel at home. Aminul and Mr. Abdullah, thank you for everything. Our room was clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and having a kettle and fridge was especially handy. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They sent us the diving center’s price list in advance, and when we asked for a few things for the room, like an extra lamp and a mosquito trap, they provided them without any trouble. Our chalet faced the beach directly, in a quiet spot with a diving center just across from the hotel. It was spacious, had a modern renovation, and was clean and comfortable apart from a few small issues.

The location is excellent, with a beachside view and great amenities. It’s a very good property, and Manager Mr. Abdullah is cooperative.
