Boulevard hotel

I was kicked out of Boulevard Hotel Oman because a food delivery driver brought my order to my room. Nobody told me about a “no visitors allowed” policy during booking or check-in. Staff mentioned it only when they used it to justify removing me. They were hostile, rude, and unprofessional, refused a refund for the unused nights, and made no effort to sort things out calmly. After I complained to my booking provider, the hotel made a serious, completely false claim that I'd brought a woman into the hotel. That never happened, and they have no evidence. It felt like they were trying to excuse their behavior instead of addressing the issue honestly. The poor communication, aggressive attitude, and false accusation make this a hotel I can't recommend. Think twice before booking.

I had an important exam during my stay and needed some papers printed. The reception team helped right away, without hesitation, which I really appreciated. The Omani reception staff and bellboys were also extremely respectful and cooperative throughout my pleasant stay. Special thanks to Anas for being kind and professional. Khafeel made a good stay great. He was professional and genuinely kind, and handled every request with a smile from check-in right through to check-out. I had a fantastic stay and felt I was in good hands.

Near midnight, while I was in bed with my family in the VIP room, a stranger unlocked the door from outside and walked in. The hotel had assigned our room to someone else even though we were already staying there. The shock and fear we felt are impossible to describe. No one should have to experience something so terrifying and traumatic at a hotel that claims to provide security. This was a complete and unacceptable failure by the hotel, and it has destroyed my trust in the property. I'd give a negative rating if I could. Absolutely unacceptable.
