We booked a standard room but were given a suite with two rooms. The renovation felt fresh, the linen was clean, and everything was neat and comfortable. The restaurant was a nice surprise, with tasty food at affordable prices. The hotel looked old from outside, which was a little disappointing at first. Once we went in, though, it felt clean, cozy, and pleasant. The staff were friendly, service was good, and the location was convenient, not far from the airport.

We had a really pleasant stay. The team treated guests with genuine respect and hospitality, and the staff were polite, professional, and respectful throughout. I’d like to thank the management and everyone there for keeping the service at such a high standard.

The restaurant serves very good meals, with cuisines from all over the world. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the rates are competitive. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you’d need. It’s next to a major road, but hardly any traffic noise gets into the room.

The renovated rooms are top class. My wife liked ours a lot when we stayed for one day. It feels like affordable luxury. They also have apartments with a hall, two bedrooms, and a small pantry, which is helpful for bigger families. I’ll definitely visit again on future trips to Muscat.

We spent a week here with our family. The 2 BHK apartment was large, well furnished, and laid out well for a family stay. Jarzez has good staff and high hygiene standards. It’s the best hall and apartment in Muscat.
