The air conditioning in our room has been broken for days, and the hotel still hasn't fixed it. The pool is another problem. It's advertised and pictured, but has been closed since coronavirus, so there isn't actually a pool. That left our children without something to do to cool off. Breakfast is advertised daily too, but that claim is false. The level of fraud might warrant contacting the government and licensing authorities.

The service was very good, and the rooms were good too.

For the price, these hotel apartments are a very good deal. The receptionist was kind and helpful, the room was clean, and room service took care of what I needed. I needed reliable internet for work, and the WiFi was high speed. The location worked perfectly for me, with restaurants and a bus station nearby. Very affordable, highly recommended. My regards.

The staff were so nice and cooperative that they'd be enough to bring me back. The location is great, with everything just around the corner, and I don't think you'll find a better price in the area. Thanks, guys!

The team was very kind, and the rooms were spacious and really clean. The hospitality was great, especially thanks to manager “OMAR”, who was very helpful. I highly recommend booking with them.
