OYO 119 Jasmine Hotel Apartments

The AC stayed broken all night, and getting anything sorted meant arguing. The washrooms smelled bad, there was no oven, and the front desk person acted like he owned the place. We booked expecting a king-size bed but got two singles and were told that was all they had. Later they moved us to a room with a king bed, but that room was missing some things. I don’t think they have a single room that’s fully right. This used to be a great hotel, but now it’s really bad. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Too expensive for what you get. The AC remote was missing, and the room and bathroom doors wouldn’t shut properly. The outside veranda looks quite pretty, but the rooms themselves aren’t up to the mark.

You feel suffocated here, and there’s no hygiene. Nothing seems to work, including the Wi-Fi, and the service was very bad. The staff were the worst, and they don’t even know how to speak to people. I booked a big room for one person, but they gave me a small one and charged the full price. Don’t book this place, just choose somewhere else.

Spent three days here over Eid holidays. The location is prime, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. Manager Abdul Basir was especially helpful. Excellent place to stay.
