Radisson Hotel Muscat Panorama

Breakfast had a great range of good quality options, and the reception and concierge staff were welcoming and ready to help. Room service was excellent as well, especially Raju, whose attention and service I really appreciated. Radisson Panorama Hotel is in a convenient location for work or leisure. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d gladly recommend it.

We enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast, which had plenty of choice. Raju and Ali were particularly attentive to our small needs, and the staff were welcoming in general. The hotel is clean and looks pleasant, but for the price we paid through Booking, our rooms didn’t suit a family very well and the beds weren’t comfortable enough. There wasn’t much useful information for tourists either. The place seemed geared more toward business travelers than families, so our stay was less comfortable than we’d hoped.

Bala has been looking after Room 4302, and his work has been outstanding. Every time, the room is spotless, organized, and refreshed with care. He pays attention to the details and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. He’s also respectful, polite, and professional, with a kind way of communicating. His honesty and sincerity add a lot to the comfort of the stay. Employees like Bala are a real asset, and I hope management recognizes his effort, dedication, and high standards.

The room was great for the price, with a comfortable bed, and breakfast was great too. The pool area was nice and most of the staff were friendly. My room phone was broken and never got fixed, but I’d still recommend the place.
