Tanuf Residency Hotel

Being a little outside Nizwa city center means the setting is calm, which I liked. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the environment is good. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. I’m having an amazing stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The staff helped us feel at home. tanmay, the front desk manager, stayed in touch and promptly helped locate a belt I’d left behind, then handed it to my friend to bring back to India. Since we were visiting during Ramadan, he also advised us which vegetarian restaurants would be open. amol and kiran were courteous and helped us with bus times from nizwa to muscat. There’s a welcoming vibe, and the Indian and Bangladeshi staff make it easy to speak Hindi or Bengali. The hotel has huge, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good AC, and a welcoming reception. Breakfast is available at an extra cost in the restaurant on the top floor. There are lots of convenience stores and restaurants right next to the hotel. Nizwa fort is 4 km away. The hotel is a bit far from the main city centre, but you’ll most likely have a car to get around Oman, and the souq and fort are within a 10-minute drive.

The staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home right away. I had a delightful stay at Tanuf residency. The hotel has a very good ambience, and my room was spotless, nicely decorated, comfortable, and had every amenity I could need. I highly recommend it.

Mr Anirban, the hotel incharge, personally picked up our luggage and showed us the city’s tourist spots. He went out of his way to make our family comfortable. Our room was perfect for us, very clean, and well sanitized, and the AC worked well. Breakfast was well organized and had vegetarian options. Mr Mohd Faisal was exceptionally professional with service and housekeeping.
