The hosts were welcoming and helpful the whole time, and the owner kept us updated about local activities and nearby places to eat. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and well kept. We had a great time relaxing at the villa, especially by the private pool, which has a heated water option. Highly recommend.

The pool was a lovely way to cool off, and the staff were always helpful. We stayed three nights in this clean apartment outside Nizwa, a handy base for exploring the city and nearby places. Breakfast was fine, and it was great value for the price.

I loved how peaceful it was away from the city, sitting outside and listening to the birds without interruptions. The villas are private, well built, well maintained, and spotless. The private pool with its little waterfall is amazing. There’s a modern kitchenette with everything needed for a short stay if you want to cook, plus restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The fridge had drinks and snacks in it. Breakfast was simple, but I liked it. The Omani receptionist was super friendly. I’ll come back and absolutely recommend it.

A big thank you to the manager, Mr.Waleed, who was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. He made the stay special for me and my family. The villa was spacious and beautiful, with a private pool, and everything was clean and well maintained. We had an awesome, comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
