The view is really nice, and the welcome was very good. But the place isn't clean at all and needs a lot more cleaning. The price is too high for what it is.

So far, this is the best accommodation we've had in Oman. It's cheap and clean, the view is wonderful, and the staff are especially kind :)

The bedroom is spacious, and you wake up to the sound of ocean waves. A really good stay.
