I couldn't sleep because of the noise. The windows didn't block sound, so I could hear people talking as though they were in my room, along with cars late at night. The place wasn't clean, and the reception employee wasn't good or flexible with customers. The cleanliness, treatment, and noise all made for a poor experience. We also found a water leak in the apartment's only bathroom, and there was no hot water at the sink because there wasn't a pipe there in the first place.

What a shoddy stay, a waste of money. The lift wasn't working, the room was cramped, and I couldn't find a convenient socket for the A/C. The sofa inside was filthy, and there was no complimentary drinking water. Amenities were limited, not even a comb. The bath towel was so disgusting it looked like a floor mop. I complained at reception and got another one, also a mop, sorry, towel. They only accepted cash, no card payment, which was strange. That's probably enough. My rating: 0/5. Overall: 1/5. Satisfied: 0/5. Would I visit again? Never.
