Aryana Hotel

The internet was painfully slow, so it was hard to get work done or even stay connected. I also found cockroaches and bedbugs in the room, which felt unhygienic and unsafe. During my stay, the staff were repeatedly rude and unhelpful, making everything stressful. My experience at Aryana Hotel was extremely disappointing, especially as someone there for a visa change. It fell short on basic comfort and service, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The bedroom had cockroaches and mites, and there was a filthy smell. The linen, pillows, comforter, and bathrooms were all dirty. It felt as if the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened. Room boys and reception staff were very rude and unfriendly, acting as if they were paying us to stay there. An absolute disaster, and I can’t recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious, but it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were stains on the curtains, sheets, and comforter, including blood stains, and there were bed bugs and cockroaches too. The Wi-Fi was very slow and kept disconnecting. The staff were really rude.

I had to stay here for a visa change, and it was one of my most disappointing stays. They didn’t change the bedsheet, and the washroom wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff treated us like we weren’t human. They represent Oman, and guests should be treated like guests.
